1. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned only if they are damaged or defective.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our Customer Care via email or phone.
  • Return requests through the website will not be accepted. Only requests raised via customer support will be considered.
  • Once your return request is approved, the parcel must reach our company address within 7 working days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be in saleable condition, unused, undamaged, with original folds, packaging, and intact price tags.
  • If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
  • A clear unboxing video of the item must be recorded to support return claims (damage, wrong item, etc.).
  • Returns will be accepted only after verification by our Quality Check (QC) team.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for equal or lesser value products after QC approval.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/gift receipt) must be included with the return package.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a credit note/voucher will be issued for future purchases.
  • All exchanged products (within India) are delivered within the standard delivery timeline, i.e 7-10 business days

4. Courier & Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse courier charges via a credit note/voucher.
  • Returns must be sent only via our designated courier partners (details provided at the time of approval).
  • If the parcel is tampered with, opened, or damaged on delivery, please do not accept it. If accepted, we will not be responsible for damages.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for the following:
  • Products not in original condition or without tags.
  • Complaints based on approximate specifications such as colour, weight, size, handwork, embellishments.
  • Variations in colour due to lighting, monitor resolution, or photography.
  • Beaded/embroidered items where embellishments may naturally loosen over time.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or approved by our team.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch), the refund will be given as store credits only.
  • If cancelled due to stock or technical issues on our end, we will process a full refund within 7 working days.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only as a credit note or voucher, or in the form of an exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Customers may contact our support team to check refund status.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • For disputes regarding returns, cancellations, or refunds, customers can write to claims@kanchipuramcbrsilks.com.
  • All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction under Indian IT Act, 2002.
  • Our decision in such matters will be final.

Important Notes

  • Please inspect packages at delivery. Do not accept unsealed, opened, or visibly damaged parcels.
  • Always include your name, order number, and mobile number on the return package.

Once an item is handed over to a third party (e.g., security guard/neighbor) as per customer instructions, the responsibility lies with the customer.
