Express Delivery (Hyderabad Only)

  • Kanchipuram CBR Silks offers Express Delivery within 24 hours from the time an order is placed.

  • This service is valid only within Hyderabad city.

  • A delivery fee of ₹250 per order is applicable.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • A shipping charge of ₹300 is applicable for the first saree.

  • An additional ₹200 will be charged for the second saree.

  • For every saree thereafter, an extra ₹100 per saree will be added.

  • Orders placed are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Standard delivery time within India: 4–7 working days.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges:
    ₹1500 for the first saree.
  • ₹500 for each additional saree in the same order.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days, depending on courier partner presence and customs regulations in the destination country.
  • Customs clearance charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines may occasionally extend beyond the estimated period due to international courier constraints.

Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only work with trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, and Ecom Express for both domestic and international shipments.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide an accurate, complete, and valid address and pin code at the time of placing the order.

  • We will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Refunds cannot be claimed for delays caused due to reasons beyond our control.

Missed Delivery & Escalations

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and has provided prior instructions (e.g., handing over the parcel to a security guard or neighbor), the delivery will be completed as per the given instructions.

  • If the shipment is not delivered, the customer must raise an escalation or complaint within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date.

  • Complaints or claims raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

Once the parcel is handed over to a third party as per the customer’s request, the responsibility for the shipment lies with the customer.
